Many employers ask us how they can get to know STLSP graduates better and consider many candidates for job openings at once. While some employers prefer to screen resumes from STLSP graduates, hosting a hiring fair at the school or at your clinical facility is also an option. Hiring fairs give employers the opportunity to share information about their organization and open positions while also meeting and interviewing candidates on the spot. Some employers choose to perform on site clinical skills assessments or other pre-hiring requirements at the school as well.
